COMPENSATION: We offer an attractive monthly salary range of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 during the initial three months of the probationary period. • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to evaluate real estate investment opportunities, including property acquisitions, development projects, and leasing strategies.
• Gather and analyze data on property performance, market trends, demographics, and economic indicators to provide insights and recommendations for investment decision-making.
• Prepare financial models and feasibility studies to assess the profitability and risk associated with real estate projects, considering factors such as cash flows, return on investment, and sensitivity analysis.
• Assist in the due diligence process, including property valuation, lease analysis, and financial document review, to support investment underwriting and transaction execution.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings, market analysis, and investment recommendations for internal stakeholders, clients, and investors.
• Monitor and track the performance of real estate assets in the portfolio, including occupancy rates, rental rates, and market trends, and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
